Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Noozy mobile app, developed by Martin Bartolšic, company ID 03382133. By installing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app on your devices, for personal use and for business. You may not resell, rent, reverse engineer the app or remove authorship notices from it.

3. Free and paid version

The free version tracks a limited number of spools. Upgrading to PRO is a one-off purchase through Google Play and applies to the Google account that made it. Refunds are decided by Google under its own rules; all purchases are handled exclusively by Google Play.

During the public beta the app is available free of charge in full. The beta is time-limited; once it ends, the usual split between the free and PRO version applies.

4. Your data and backups

Data entered into the app is stored on your device only. Backing it up is your responsibility. The app offers manual and automatic backups, but I cannot recover data lost through a lost or broken phone, or through uninstalling the app.

5. Accuracy of calculations

The calculator and statistics are a tool, not accounting and not a tax document. The result depends on the figures you enter — material price, printer draw, electricity rate, depreciation. Verify the numbers before quoting a price or booking anything. I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's output. The app does not provide accounting, tax or pricing advice.

Values in the pre-filled filament library (prices, length, tare, EAN) are indicative, come from public sources and may be out of date. The manufacturer's figure always prevails.

6. Availability and changes

The app is under development. Features may be added, changed or removed. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from defects, or backward compatibility of backup files between major versions (incompatibility is always announced).

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, I am specifically not liable for:

  • financial loss caused by decisions made on the app's output — typically a quote

that does not cover your costs, a mispriced job, or ordering material based on an incorrect stock level,

  • lost profit, lost business opportunity, and indirect or consequential damage,
  • loss or corruption of data, including where a backup fails,
  • wrong results caused by incorrect input or by out-of-date entries in the

pre-filled library.

Calculations, statistics and stock levels are an aid, not a source of truth. The price you quote a customer and the decision to buy material remain your responsibility.

This does not affect consumer rights under mandatory law, nor liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

8. Trademarks

Names of printer and filament manufacturers used in the app and on this site serve to identify products. They belong to their respective owners. Noozy is not affiliated with them and is not endorsed by them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
